Furnished Office Space
Fully furnished office, with telephone, reception/computer section, visitor’s sofa, Storage almirah, Venetian blinds, wall to wall carpet, executive tables, chairs etc. (approximately 200.sq ft to 2000.sq ft with seating capacity of two to fifteen personals).

- Direct telephone lines will be installed on an additional deposit and 20% service charge on an actual dot. (B.S.N.L) Bill (Direct telephone lines brought by the client will have an overriding commission of 10% on the actual dot bill paid to Mayur Business Center.)
- Minimum leas period of 11 months extended each lease period with increase. Payment of rent in advance. Electricity, water, cleaning, security 24hrs etc. will be additional on monthly charges as per usage.
Facilities We Provide
- Air Conditioner: Air conditioning hire charge – Rs. 1000/- tonne monthly. Additional deposit is required for air conditioning. Periodic service and all maintenance will be done on a service charge as per the work.
- Electrical Connection: 3 phase connection available with electricity shared as per equipments and usage with individual connection and meter for each room.
- Clerical Assistance: All service like photocopying, faxing, word processing, typing etc. will be undertaken through door delivery on a monthly charge basis.
- Parking: Ample parking space for 4wheeler/2wheeler in the complex.
- Security: We offer 24hrs security in the complex on a monthly charge.
- House Keeping: We have fully trained house keeping section to maintain all office common area and the garden during office hours on a monthly charge.
- Pantry: Pantry services like coffee, tea, milk, soft drinks, mineral water and staff to deliver as per the telephonic order to all offices.
Note: Rent is to be paid in advance and services to be paid in receipt of bills. All payments to be made in favour of Mayur Business Center monthly by draft or local cheques.
